FAQs

How much do your services cost?

Pricing is based on your unique needs. Let me know what you’re looking for, and I’ll give you a custom quote!

Do you use AI?

Short answer: no.

Longer, more soapbox-y answer: generative AI is harming the environment, damaging human cognitive function, and is trained by stealing the work of writers and artists.

I’ll use it when I absolutely have to, but that’s rare.

What’s your niche?

I have the most amount of experience working with healthcare startups (including mental health). That said, I’ve also worked with a vegan bakery, management consulting firm, outdoor lighting company, content marketing solopreneur, and more.

See below for my process of learning the ins-and-outs of a new brand.

Are you available for long-term, short-term, or one-off projects?

Yes, all of the above!

Do you require a time commitment?

For long-term projects (work that lasts longer than a month), I work on three, six, nine, or twelve-month contracts for an agreed upon number of hours per week. This ensures I can keep you on my schedule and block off my time accordingly.

Can you meet deadlines?

Yep! Give me a deadline, and I’m off to the races (as far as my personal writing that I don’t have deadlines for? That’s another story…)

How will you get up to speed on my specific brand and its industry?

If I don’t already have a solid grasp on your line of work, I’ll set aside some time to get myself acquainted, including: a thorough review of all your existing content (website, socials, newsletters, etc.), checking out your top competitors, reading reddit threads and industry-related articles, asking you questions, and talking with relevant SMEs.

A good copywriter can write about anything. That’s kind of, like, part of our schtick.

I’ll also, of course, want to look at your brand guidelines and any other info on messaging best practices (don’t have those? I can help you make some!).

How do you feel about the Oxford comma?

Big fan. Big, big fan.
